Loading

Removing IE8 support, and avoid loading application.js twice:

  • remove modernizr.js
  • remove ie8.css
  • remove selectivizr.js
  • remove reference to nonexistent html5shiv.js
  • remove duplicate loading of application.js

Closes #213.
